"My wife and I have just returned from your Best of Ireland and Scotland tour, and we had a great time. Our tour guide was Jim Monaghan, and he was magnificent. No problem was too big or small for him to help you. He was extremely courteous to everyone, and went out of his way to make our trip enjoyable. You have no idea how lucky you are to have this man in your employ."
